Shipping Policies:
All orders are currently shipping within 1 business day from our Indianapolis warehouse.
Free shipping on all orders over $65.00. Orders under $65.00 will be charged a $6.00 shipping fee when you check out. There are no hidden charges.
We ship to locations in the contiguous U.S. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses because UPS ground does not deliver to these locations. We will cancel orders that have shipping addresses outside the contiguous U.S. We are able to accept orders from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is in the contiguous U.S.
We do NOT ship to Canada. We have spent a considerable amount of time looking into this issue. For commercial shipments, a customs broker is required. This costs about $40.00 per shipment. Customs also requires considerable additional paperwork to accompany the order that we do not currently do not produce. The Canadian government will also charge the VAT all in comming shipments.
Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days from Indianapolis. Please see the UPS map below to determine your time in transit (based on business days).
In general, we use Priority Mail (USPS) for small packages (1-2 pds) and UPS for larger packages. Priority Mail packages arrive in 2-3 days. UPS packages arrive in 2-4 days based on the shipping location.
Order Tracking - You will receive an e-mail message with your tracking number the day your package is shipped. You can also track your order through our website by selecting the "Order Status' button on the train menu. It will ask you to enter your email address and order number.
Express Shipping - If you need overnight or 2nd day air shipping, please call us for an estimate (877-881-5087). In most cases this is not necessary since we already reach many areas of the country in 2-3 days. Please note that UPS air shipments typically add $30-$50 to an average order. UPS bases this on package size, weight, and shipping zip code.

Return Policy:
We accept returns on unopened products within 90 days of purchase. We ask that you ship the item to us and enclose your invoice if possible. A full refund for the item will be credited to the credit card used in the purchasing transaction. Shipping charges are not refundable.
